Guest Experience.
Our Standards.
Guest experience at our spaces is our top priority and we are constantly striving to improve the experience of visiting, living, and "resting" in the Adirondacks.
Beyond mere places to sleep, our spaces are curated to offer artful environments that elevate the experience of spending time in nature, providing everything you need, whether staying for a few days or a few months.
We welcome you to come rest with us, enjoy our spaces and immerse yourself in the rugged extremes of the North.
We hope you love it here.
-
We see design not just as aesthetics but as an integral part of the living experience. Our spaces are thoughtfully curated, combining unique characteristics and surroundings to provide beautiful organized living environments.
-
We are committed to the environment, which is why all our cleaning products, soaps, and detergents are, as best we can find, eco-friendly, plant-derived, and non-toxic. All waste bags are biodegradable.
Our down comforters are “Responsible Down Certified”. Many of our linens and pillows our Oeko-Tex Certified. As time goes on, we continue to upgrade with the environmentally friendly choices available.
-
We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Our team has professional experience from a leading Lake Placid hotel and between each stay, we conduct a comprehensive multi-hour cleaning. We also focus on air quality and aerate the house utilizing a HEPA air purifier between each stay (HEPA air purifiers even filter viruses such as Covid).
-
All spaces come equipped with a HEPA air purifier to ensure maximum air quality (HEPA even helps filter viruses like Covid-19 and Flu).
-
Many pieces you will see throughout the properties came locally sourced right from the Adirondacks. We worked with local craftsmen on custom design, fabrication, and wood work. From the Adirondack daybeds to the chairs, desks, and lamps - whenever we could find them, materials were procured locally.
-
We provide locally sourced and roasted organic coffee from the best local roasters we have found in the ADK (either Jambs in Westport or Old Mountain Coffee in Keene Valley) as well as locally sourced organic hot cocoa powder. We also provide locally produced Maple Syrup right from Keene.

For those who love the Adirondacks, visiting often becomes a way of life. However, personally maintaining your own 2nd home requires a great deal time, energy, coordination, and expense, all of which crowds out our precious time off resting.
Finding, buying, building, and maintaining a great property in the Adirondacks in particular can be present its own set of challenges. We are experts at handling the heavy lifting, from procurement to upkeep, so your energy can be entirely focused on enjoying your time here.
Not just your 2nd home, through us you can have access to an entire collection - a thoughtfully designed assortment of spaces, each with unique and interesting features, and surroundings.
